Full Service Buffet

This is our most popular choice for weddings, retirements, indoor corporate events, etc.

This option is provides many selections separate from our restaurant menu and is served as a more formal buffet style.  We man the buffet while your guests go through the line making their selections. 

In addition to the main dinner menu, we have a large number of Hors D’oeuvres including Cocktail Shrimp, Antipasto Skewers, Bacon Wrapped Sausage Bites, Veggie Tray with Dip and many more options. 

This package starts at $30.75 per person and provides your guests with fresh hot food such as Pulled Pork, Sliced Brisket served from our carving station, Baby Back Ribs or Chicken, as well as many other choices. (100 person minimum)

Our Self-Serve Catering option is available for pick up or delivery.  Order anything off our regular menu by the pound.  

The serving size for most of our menu items is 1/3 lb per person.  This number varies according to your needs and type of event, but this is a good starting point.

We are happy to help you determine the correct amount for your specific event.  Pricing varies according to your menu selections.

Please consider if you will need rolls, chafing frames/sterno, utensils, plates when placing this order.Sauces for the amount of meat you order are included at no extra charge.  Additional sauces can be purchased for $3.00 ea

Additional Flat Rate for Weddings  $150.00
Parties less than 75, please add $1.50 per person.
